But why am I hosting this challenge now?
Because too many brilliant, high-performing people are quietly struggling – and doing everything 'right' isn't making it feel any better.
You’re achieving, you’re holding everything together, keeping it all going, and from the outside, it looks like you’re thriving… but inside, it’s a different story.
You’re tired. Disconnected. Your brain won’t stop spinning.
