About Georgie
I’m a Nervous System Strategist, ICF-certified Neurosomatics Nervous System Practitioner, and creator of The SHIFT Life Design System™ – a nervous system-centred approach designed to support high-achieving entrepreneurs and leaders to grow, lead and live from a place that feels sustainable, connected, and good.
I’ve spent the last 12+ years working deeply with the nervous system – studying it, living it, and being blessed to support a wide range of incredible people, from high-performing founders and leaders to those simply wanting to feel better in their daily lives… helping them see that where they are in their nervous system shapes every single aspect of life – their health, performance, relationships, success, and their ability to actually enjoy it all.
That slightly under-the-weather, lacking-energy feeling that never seems to go. The disturbed sleep, the digestive issues, the inability to think straight, and never feeling like you're really living in your own life – constantly ‘powering through,’ just trying to get to it.
They’re not just part and parcel of being so busy. They’re signs of a dysregulated nervous system – and this dysregulation impacts every area of your life.
These signals are deeply wired nervous system survival responses. And until you work with the system directly – where those protective patterns were created and stored – they’ll keep repeating, no matter how much you try to change your mindset or behaviours, and no matter how hard you work or how much you achieve.

With over 12 years of lived and professional experience, I combine my background in health, fitness, and lifestyle coaching with specialist high-level nervous system training, grounded in applied neurosomatics and a deep understanding of what it takes to thrive in high-pressure environments.
I’m the nervous system expert trusted inside Lisa Johnson’s and Emily Williams’ programmes – bringing this work into elite-level business containers where nervous system regulation is now recognised as essential.

Having personally navigated anxiety, debilitating panic attacks, and major life transitions while raising two children as my priority, I don’t teach from theory alone. I bring real-world depth, experience, science-backed tools, and a capacity-building approach that gently creates the internal conditions needed for lasting change.
